Crytek and Intel announced a map making contest for Crysis. Compete in SP, IA and PS maps in a bunch of categories and win some schwag ... Intel CPUs, mobos, a flight to the Crytek secret lair, a Crysis notebook computer (limited edition, natch) or maybe even a tee shirt or lanyard. Schweet stuff indeed. Just follow the rules and get crackin'.
You have until May 18th to get your MP maps done and uploaded; May 20th for SP maps.

The Cooter Shooter Clan has a server running for the Enemy Territory: Quake Wars Demo. The demo is available for free from your favorite game download sites, including Gamershell. Clan members can grab it off our clan FTP server. You can also install the demo and/or the full game through Steam, which is kind of cool.

The Cooter Shooters clan is now running an Insurgency v1.1 game server. Insurgency (INS) is a total conversion modification using Valve Software's Source Engine. Insurgency immerses you, as the player, into an intense and realistic online combat experience.
We have the client downloads here on our web site; available to all registered members. Download the v1.0 beta client installer and then the v1.1 beta patch, then jump on our Insurgency server at dedicated.cootershooters.com:27035.
