Well, after almost 2 years, i finally got dsl back, and re-installed some old games. Even when i had HL2/CS:S installed in '04/'05, i never really played counter strike much. oddly enough, it appeals to me now, and i really want to jump in on it and have a blast on my days off, . I hoped on a psychotic mario type server for a min last night with gungun, and tried out the cooter shooter 100 tick server for a bit, but alas, i am but a noob, and sucked, being my 4th time ever playing css, and no fps games for over a year easily.
I hope to be on-line and play for a hour here and thier on sat-tue, every week. but it will take me about 3-4 days to learn css well enough to be competitive and capable of using the radio chat and etc etc easily.I'm still on x-fire under my same ol address of data25, and im still rocking a old school 32 bit, agp system for a few more months till i save up for a good top of the line system ill build.
I hope to play many a games with you guys on css, and maybe a few fc game for old times sake some time, .
Now gimmie some open terrain and a sniper riffle, or some close quarters combat and a machine gun,
EDIT: btw, is the [CS] tag the same as the .:C\S:. tag? is saw mostly [CS] folk on the cooter shooter 100 tick server last night but didnt know for sure if it was people from this clan or not,

CSS, yeah lol, i played 5 mins or so the other day. Was the first 5 mins of CSS ive played in many moons, almost didnt feel right as im more used to BF2 ATM.
The players you saw last night on the CSS server were probably bots, that way gunner will at least get a kill or two.... jk Gun.

We had some questions on what tags to use, .:C\S:. is the preferred, but some places you will see some variations.
Frodo_lives is our main FC player, I will jump into a game every now and then. Most the rest are playing BF2 at the moment, but we're pretty easily convinced to try some FC or CSS ... except for that stats whore CC.

Reticle shrinkage only. It's a little known medical fact that if one shrinks the reticle, by a given percentage, then one's genitalia grow by that same percentage. the catch is that there is an algorithm based on a random number generator combined with the binary coefficiant of the radiated power from a yagi antenna (9 dBi roughly) run through a flux capacitance filter to determine if your wang, all yer junk, or just one nut gets the growth. Results will vary!
