I talk a lot of shit b/c people expect me to, but i actually feel exactly as you described. Imo im aging well, body & mind alike.

Getting rid of old vices and trying to get/stay as healthy as possible. From our past conversations seems we've both been through more than our share of hospitals so im damn glad to hear your doing well bud
